Development status of shading industry

In the early 1990s, there was still no concept of "shading" in China at that time. In the concept of Chinese people, shading products were a building decoration product for home use and office applications, and could not be called an industry. It was not until the beginning of the 21st century that shading slowly developed into an industry.

The rapid development of the domestic construction industry, the real estate industry and the progress of the entire design field have promoted the wide application of architectural shading; the requirements of national policies have made the functional value of shading stand out. A large proportion of domestic imitation and shoddy products cannot meet the growing demand of the market, which provides favorable conditions for enterprises to develop new products and technologies with independent intellectual property rights. 2005 can be said to be the stage of rapid development of China's shading industry, regardless of market demand, China's industrial policy, technical level, and corporate financial strength.

China's shading industry has not yet formed industrialization. Most companies in the industry cannot achieve independent R & D, design, manufacturing and production, and everyone just competes very hard in sales. The result of compressing profit margins is that a large number of counterfeit and plagiarized products and projects of poor quality enter the market. In this way, it is not only enterprises that suffer losses, but also hinder the development of the entire industry. Most domestic oil refining equipment companies produce window decoration products for internal shading, and the energy-saving effects of internal shading and external shading are huge. At the same time, shading should be added to the entire architectural planning as an integral part in the early stage of architectural design.

Shading should first be a control system. The image is that it can be moved. If it cannot be controlled, anything can be shaded. In Europe, various forms of awnings are widely used in villas, bars and other places, and the beautification effect of the overall environment brings the comfortable and leisure life to the extreme. Since it is a control system, it must be closely related to electrical and automation control. For example, when a shading facility detects that its own material cannot bear under harsh weather conditions, it must have a complete self-protection mechanism. At the same time, this precise and intelligent control system installed outdoors must be based on professional qualifications for installation and construction. There are not many domestic enterprises with such qualifications, and there are no national-level relevant standards that can be used for testing. In addition to control and construction, the anti-corrosion, tensile, flame retardant and mildew-proof self-cleaning properties of fabrics and the quality of accessories also occupy a crucial position in the entire refining equipment industry.

Rational shading is the rational management of light and energy for the shading system itself. Guide the domestic market from internal shading to external shading through the actual energy-saving effect of the two shading forms. Indoor shading is not the future development direction of the shading industry. If we want to lead the development of the industry rationally, we must dare to be one step ahead of enterprises in the industry.
